Villa Luce – Ribari

This beautiful newly built villa for 10 to 12 sleeps is located in a very peaceful village of Ribari on the west coast of Istria region. In recent years, village of Sveti Lovrec, which is only a few minutes drive away, has become a sanctuary for people who wants perfect tranquility and a relaxed life style. In the village, guests will find few cafés and pubs, small post office with ATM and a small grocery shop for fresh bread in the morning and lots of traditional heritage restaurants. Location is just perfect between 2 large resorts and famous Istrian places to visit such as Rovinj and Poreč. The villa is contemporary and very tasteful villa. It consist of the main house, which comprises of 2 double bedrooms, each with own en-suite bathrooms, a connected kitchen, dining and living area. Exits from the ground floor takes you directly to covered terrace with lounge area, BBQ and a beautiful swimming pool (size 11 x 5 meters). In addition, a pool house with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a view to the pool is on guest’s disposal. Behind the villa is a separated facility which comprises of a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a play room. Furthermore, a table tennis will be provided on guest’s arrival
