Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche und hochwertigem Interieur. Vom Wohnzimmer gibt es Ausgang zu zwei Terrassen (50 m2 und 40 m2) mit einem beheizten Infinity-Pool (33 m2), Außendusche und Liegestühlen. Die Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Stadt Makarska, Meer und Inseln. Die Gäste können den großen Garten von 500 m2, Garage und Abstellraum, eine Außendusche, Waschküche und Bad (4 m2, Dusche) im Keller. Im ersten Stock gibt es vier Doppelzimmer, jedes mit einem Badezimmer (6 m2). Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das ganze Haus ist klimatisiert. Sie wollen diese reiche, moderne Villa zu bleiben, umgeben von Ruhe und Frieden.
