The villa is a traditional Istrian house built in the year 2008 according to environmental conditions and using mostly natural materials. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The house is located in the village of Baredine, only 10 minutes drive to Buje and Groznjan, two stunning hill top towns, which offer a lot of restaurants and cafes serving traditional food from the area. The villa is a two-storey house. Guests enter into a spacious kitchen / living / dining room with patio door opening out onto a covered terrace with dining table. Utility room and one double bedroom with en suite shower room are also on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The courtyard is carefully designed and decorated with traditional Istrian plants in order to preserve the original identity of the environment. The side entrance to the courtyard house has a fenced parking lot with two parking spaces. The garden and the content of the house are enriched with the outdoor pool and a fireplace. Nearest beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and sport, you can find in resorts Novigrad and Umag, just 20 km away.
