The villa is located in a place called Vitaljina, in Konavle region, approximately 45 kilometers from the city of Dubrovnik. The villa is ideal for a larger family, or a group of friends, since it has been equipped with lots of amusement amenities, like large swimming pool, badminton court, pool table, darts, PlayStation3 console, etc. Furthermore, on guest’s disposal are two stone fireplaces, one indoor and another one outdoor, as well as a bread oven. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The swimming pool is one of the largest in the area, approximately 45 sq meters (approx. 9 x 5 meters), and it has been equipped with counter current swimming. Additionally, one part of the pool can be used as a hydro massage tub. The villa comprises of a tavern in the basement, and 4 bedrooms, a kitchen / dining area, 3 bat-hrooms and 2 sitting areas on the first floor. Please note that the basement and the first floor are connected with outdoor stairs, which are not covered. The villa is fully air conditioned. The air conditioning is based on central air conditioning system, devided to three individually regulated zones. First zone regulates kitchen and dining area ; second zone regulates south part of the villa (2 bedrooms and sitting area) ; third zone re-gulates north part of the villa (2 bedrooms and sitting area). Villa Orka – Šestanovac

Vila može primiti do 12 osoba. U glavnoj kući nalazi se 5 spavaćih soba s vlastitim krevetom, s queen size krevetom (svaki sa TV-om i telefonom). Gostinjska kuća ima sobu s vlastitom kupaonicom i vlastitu kuhinju. Vanjski bazen je asimetrično oblikovan (kružni vodopad, fontana, whirlpool za 6 osoba s stolom u sredini). The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. In the main house there are 5 en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds (each with a TV and a phone). A guest cottage has an en-suite room and own kitchen. The outdoor swimming pool is asymmetrically shaped (circular waterfall, fountain, whirlpool for 6 people with a table in the middle). There is also an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, an equipped gym (with sound system) and a Finn sauna (for 6 people). Behind the whirlpool and sauna there is a fantastic massage chair with different programs. In the winter garden there is a professional billiard table and darts board. An entertainment area with bar, sound system and poker table can be found in the attic. The terrace can accommodate up to 25 people and is also suitable for outdoor meetings. Next to the villa, beside the pool there is a small lawn made for playing soccer and a bowling field. Those that enjoy riding can practice their hobby with beautiful Lipizzaner horses nearby. Ova šarmantna vila nalazi se direktno na moru, s privatnom plažom u uvali Uljeni Bok. Uvala se nalazi u zapadnom dijelu grada Hvara, na otoku Hvaru i udaljena je 4,4 km od središta grada. Vila se nalazi na području privatnog nacionalnog parka, u kojem žive mufloni, lavovi, stražnjica i ostale životinje. The bay is located in the west part of the town of Hvar, on the island of Hvar, and is 4,4 km away from the center of the town. The villa is located in the area which is a private national park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals. The villa has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa property, and the villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. The villa provides maximum privacy, since uninvited visitors can’t enter the national park area. It’s one of the biggest advantages of the property -the beach in front of the villa feels almost private! The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level –a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8m x 8m with two bollards for ships. It is possible to anchor ships up to 25 m.
