Na raspolaganju su 4 spavaće sobe, za 10 osoba, 4 kupaonice, kuhinja (potpuno opremljena, uključuje stroj za cappuccino, mikrovalnu pećnicu, perilicu suđa), dnevni boravak, WiFi, SAT, AC u svim sobama.
Ova prekrasna vila ima grijani bazen i otvoreni dnevni boravak. Svaka soba ima vlastiti pristup terasi, vrtu ili balkonu.

This newly built villa is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the sea, Island of Hvar, Biokovo and many olive groves. It is secluded from the town with peaceful and tranquil ambience. Approx 1km from beaches and centre of town where you will find a small supermarket, church, restaurants and cafes.
There are 4 bedrooms, for 10 persons, 4 bathrooms, kitchen (fully equipped, includes cappuccino machine, microwave, dishwasher.), living room, WiFi, SAT, AC in all rooms,.
This gorgeous villa features an infinity heated pool and outdoor living. Each room has their own access to the terrace, garden or balcony.

U seoskom okruženju, okružen bujnim, zelenim poljoprivrednim zemljištem vlasnika, kuća je izgrađena kamena vila smještena na periferiji malog mjesta Juricani. Iako je izgrađen 1920. godine obnovljen je do visokog standarda 2004. godine, a sada se može pohvaliti nizom novih i modernih sadržaja koji savršeno nadopunjuju tradicionalna obilježja izvorne zgrade. Na tihom, osamljenom mjestu udaljenom od užurbanosti glavnih odmarališta ova lijepa vila nudi mirno odstupanje za sve one koji žele dodatno istražiti prekrasnu istarsku okolicu. Udaljen je cca. 20 metara od susjedne vile, ova samostojeća vila smještena je u vlastitim dobro uređenim vrtovima. In a rural location, surrounded by the owner’s lush, green farmland, the house is an established stone-built villa situated on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani. Although built in 1920 it was renovated to a high standard in 2004, and now boasts a range of new and modern facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this lovely villa offers a peaceful retreat for anyone wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. Situated approx. 20 meters from the neighbouring villa, this detached villa is set in its own well-kept gardens.
