Villa Camellia – Hvar
Ova šarmantna vila nalazi se direktno na moru, s privatnom plažom u uvali Uljeni Bok. Uvala se nalazi u zapadnom dijelu grada Hvara, na otoku Hvaru i udaljena je 4,4 km od središta grada. Vila se nalazi na području privatnog nacionalnog parka, u kojem žive mufloni, lavovi, stražnjica i ostale životinje. Vila ima zasebna automatska vrata tako da možete ući u park do vile, a vila je jedna od samo šest kuća smještena u zaljevu. Vila pruža maksimalnu privatnost, budući da nepozvani posjetitelji ne mogu ući u područje nacionalnog parka. To je jedna od najvećih prednosti imovine – plaža ispred vile gotovo je privatna! Vile su slijedeće: Visinska razina – prekrasna privatna riva sagrađena od bijelog kamena, mjerena 8m x 8m s dvije lučice za brodove. Moguće je sidro brodova do 25 m. Na strani se nalaze stepenice za ulazak u more za kupanje. Desno je malo plitko obala za djecu. Uz rivu je mali dvosobni apartman br.1 (soba 4m x 2m) i kupaonica (2m x 2m) s tušem i WC-om. Apartman se može koristiti za spavanje ili kao časopis za stvari s plaže. Iznad spomenutog stana, na razini jedne (I), nalazi se terasa s klupe s jastucima i niskim stolom. Na strani su dva vina hladnjaci i sudoper s tekućom vodom. Svi opremljeni svjetlima za osvjetljavanje razine i rive. Na drugoj razini (II) je kameni stol s 10 stolica koji se koristi za jelo u otvorenom. Na lijevoj strani, oko 15 metara dalje, nalazi se soba s WC-om, bideom i strojem za pranje rublja. Treća (III) se sastoji od dva apartmana s bračnim krevetom, ormarima i komodama. Svaki apartman ima vlastitu kupaonicu s WC-om, umivaonikom i tušem. Na istoj razini nalazi se potpuno opremljena kuhinja i zasebna unutarnja blagovaonica sa stolom, stolicama, perilicom rublja i velikim hladnjakom. Ispred cijele duljine kuće nalazi se natkrivena terasa s vanjskim ležajem za opuštanje. Na četvrtom nivou (IV) nalazi se velika terasa (18 m x 6 m, od čega je pokrivena širina 3 metra) s vanjskim stolicama i stolicom za sjedenje. Uz balkon nalazi se terasa sa stolom za 20 osoba i velikim vanjskim kaminom za pečenje mesa ili ribe. This charming villa is located directly on the sea, with a private beach in the bay Uljeni Bok. The bay is located in the west part of the town of Hvar, on the island of Hvar, and is 4,4 km away from the center of the town. The villa is located in the area which is a private national park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals. The villa has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa property, and the villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. The villa provides maximum privacy, since uninvited visitors can’t enter the national park area. It’s one of the biggest advantages of the property -the beach in front of the villa feels almost private! The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level –a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8m x 8m with two bollards for ships. It is possible to anchor ships up to 25 m. On the side there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment No.1 (room 4m x 2m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for things from the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on the level one (I), is a terrace with benches with cushions and a low table. On the side are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water. All equipped with lights to illuminate the level one and the waterfront. On the second level (II) is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, bidet and a washing machine.The third level (III) comprises of two apartments with double bed, wardrobes, and commodes. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, and a shower. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer and large fridge. In front of the full length of the house is a covered terrace with outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level (IV) is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m, of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace for roasting meat or fish. Inner space: one living room, 3 double bedrooms (one master bed), 2 bathrooms with toilet, plus a separate toilet with sink. Fifth level (V) –low loft double bed apartment with bathroom –used for auxiliary staff.Pets on request.
