Ovaj udobno namješten apartman nalazi se u centru Splita, samo 200 metara od mora. Apartman dominira živahnim, ali toplim i opuštajućim bojama namještaja i ukrasa. Ovaj dvoetazni apartman s terasom i ukupnom površinom od 120 kvadratnih metara dovoljno je velik za udobno smještanje do šest osoba. Donji kat sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, jedne s bračnim krevetom, a druge s jednim krevetom i kaučem na razvlačenje. Gornji kat, koji je potkrovlje, sastoji se od bračnog kreveta i kupaonice s tuš kabinom. Ovo područje ima djelomični pogled na more, međutim, terasa na donjem katu ima pogled na crkveni zvonik Sv. Duje, koji je najprepoznatljiviji simbol grada Splita.
