Kuća se nalazi u centru Trpnja, na samoj rivi. Udaljenost od plaže je 50 m, do trajektne luke 50 m, a tu su također kafići, trgovine, ljekarne i ostali sadržaji. Svaki apartman je potpuno opremljen, dio apartmana ima pogled na vrt, a dio pogledna more. Kapacitet je od 4 do 6 osoba sa mogućnošću umetanja dodatnog kreveta. Gosti mogu koristiti ljetnikovac sa kaminom. U cijenu je uključena boravišna pristojba. Mirno malo lijepo mjesto, šetališta, netaknuta priroda i najčišće more na Jadranu za odmor.
