Dvije sobe imaju bračni krevet, a druga dva moguća odvojena kreveta. Objekt ima 6 klima uređaja, 4 televizora, wi-fi priključak u cijeloj zgradi. U njoj se nalazi i podrum sa stolom za 10 osoba i roštiljem. Vila je ograđena ogradom, živicom i drvećem, ima 2 parkirna mjesta, 31 m2 bazena, 6 stolica na rasklapanje, 4 suncobrana, 5 ležaljki, 4 vanjska naslonjača, roštilj i stol s 6 stolica. Tu je i badminton i playstation za zabavu. U svibnju, lipnju i rujnu postoji mogućnost grijanja bazena, što se dodatno plaća 30 EUR/dan te je potrebno unaprijed najaviti.
