The villa is consisted of 4 bedrooms with balconies and a private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and another bathroom next to the private pool. Two rooms have a double bed, while the other two have possibiliety of separate beds. The facility is equipped with 6 air-conditioning units, 4 televisions, wi-fi connection throughout the building.There is also a cellar with a table for 10 persons and a barbecue. The villa is fenced with fence, hedge and trees, it has 2 parking spaces, a 31 m2 swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, 4 sunshades, 5 loungers, 4 bay chairs, a barbecue and a table with 6 chairs. U njoj se nalazi i podrum sa stolom za 10 osoba i roštiljem. Vila je ograđena ogradom, živicom i drvećem, ima 2 parkirna mjesta, 31 m2 bazena, 6 stolica na rasklapanje, 4 suncobrana, 5 ležaljki, 4 vanjska naslonjača, roštilj i stol s 6 stolica. Tu je i badminton i playstation za zabavu. U svibnju, lipnju i rujnu postoji mogućnost grijanja bazena, što se dodatno plaća 30 EUR/dan te je potrebno unaprijed najaviti.
